Commit to uphold the people’s welfare on all actions and transactions that we deal with every citizen’s comments, suggestions and needs, including those with special needs such as the differently-abled, pregnant women, and senior citizens and taken care of.
Access to prompt and effecient service vy personnel with proper identification from Mondys to Fridays 8:00 to 12:00 and 1:00 to 5:00 PM with written explanation for any delays in frontline services;
Respond to customer’s needs and welfare. Services being delivered are in adherence to established service standard.
Empower the people through feedback and redress mechanism. An information and complaint desk manned by competent personnel shall be made available to attend to queries and complaints.

I, GERRY C. NECOR the Municipal Mayor of the Municipality of Barbaza will pursue more programs and projects designated to uplift the lives of Barbazeños especially the poor and those belonging to the vulnerable sectors. After the people gave me a mandate in 2013, I was able to work efficiently and help improve the situation of the people and the municipality through our municipality was severely devastated by Typhoon Yolanda (HAIYAN) in November 8, 2013 four (4) months after my assumption office as Local Chief Executive of this municipality. By a twist of fate, I took the helm of governing the town we started re building our social and economic programs to address the plight of the people.

To better prepare this municipality for the impending economic growth, more infrastructure projects (Farm to Market Road, Flood Control Structures, Etc.) are to be developed to have easy access for the delivery of commodities from services, Strengthen Disaster Preparedness and mitigation and boosting Tourist Destination are also considered as my priority.

For the next years I envision that Barbaza will be a resilient community but the key towards the realization of this programs is team work which further needs the support and effort of the Executive and Legislative Body and the people of Barbaza as a whole.
